A fusion would be fine, just try to make it look more like a custom one, not like, Scyther arms on a Gallade. Try your best.

Type: Ice/Psychic
Dex: This Pokemon is only found at night, but quite easy to see because of the bright star that hovrs above it. It can use the star's light in many ways, such as blinding an enemy. In the daytime it sleeps in hollows in trees.
Species: Glow Pokemon
Abilities: Run away, Pickup
Height: 1 foot
Weight: 10 lb
EV Yield: I'unno
