[Spoiler-ish]Kanto Champion Theme in B/W?

It's very awesome music, but I don't think Kanto is mentioned anywhere in Black and White. Maybe this is for tournaments that Nintendo hosts, but it could also be a sign for the usual third game like Pokemon Grey. Anyway, thoughts? Theories? Opinions?
