Art Contest #7: Eevees THE WINNERS ARE...

Ok, guys and girls its that time of the month again for another contest. This one is going to be all about eevees. Now I know we have seven eevees already (not counting the first stage one) but I want to see what the members think the others should look like. So the contest is.

Drawing/Digital Requirements/Rules:
The eeveeultions can be made digitally or hand-drawn. I want everyone to participate so which ever kind of art your good at, either digital or hand-drawn, you should use it.
Must be a new type of eevee, no using the eevees we already have, however; you can use normal type though since its only the first stage of eevee and they haven't made it as a second stage type yet.
It can be a mixed type like fire/thunder, fire/poison etc.
I want you to atleast tell me what type it is (fighting, bug, poison, etc.) and what item, level, or move is used to evolve them.
There can be more than one person doing the same type.
Obviously nothing gross/vulgar please! We try to keep the forum around pg-13 >_<
You may submit an older work if you wish, as long as it fits the theme.
You can enter 2 drawings. You don't have to summit 2 if u don't want to.

can it be made from a sprite??

Can we do an altered version of a form that already exists? For example, if we wanted to make another fire type Eevee?...or does it have to be fire mixed with something else to qualify?

I want it to be your own creation Sora you can use a sprite thats all ready made as like the format of it, I just don't want you to just copy and paste it and call it your own.

Clover, I don't want a type they already made, however you can make it have mixed types, for example: Fire/poison, Fire/thunder etc.

Here's my entry, the Ghost version! I call it... Wispeon...
It's actually dark blue, but it's hard to see unless you get at a good angle.

I was bored, so I dreamed up it's attack set and Pokedex entry.

A pokemon born when Eevee was introduced to ectoplasm while training. It has the ability to pass through solid objects along with taking control of its opponents if threatened.

Obtain by leveling up Eevee while in the Old Chateu.

Moves:
1.) Possesion- User faints, but target becomes unable to switch and loses 1/4 of its HP per turn.
2.) Shadow Sneak
3.) Shadow Ball
4.) Ominous Wind
