The Xbox version hasn't even seen so much as a new map yet. Valve doesn't like how Microsoft won't let them release free Achievements.

If downloadable content comes with achievements, Microsoft will force them to charge money for any DLC with Achievements. However, Achievements and freeness are synonymous with Valve, so they've just left TF2 360 to rot.
