Forum Titles and Achievements *Updated 5/12/10

Titles Available
Each title has a representative icon that can be seen each time the user posts. Every time you post, or respond, you get closer to the next title. Suggestions for new ranks are welcome.

New Member = 0-20
Trainer = 21-40
Avid Trainer = 41-60
Expert Trainer = 61-80
Cool Trainer = 81-100
Uber Trainer = 101-200
Mystic Trainer = 201-300
Ace Trainer = 301-400
Pokémon Collector = 401-500
Pokémon Champion = 501-600
Pokémon Master = 601-700
Frontier Brain = 701-800
Pokémon Professor = 801-900
Pokémon Hero = 901-1,000
Pokémon Legend = 1,001-1,500
Pokémon Lord = 1,501-2,000
Pokémon Obsessed = 2,001-2,500
??? = ???

For participating in the forum in various ways, you will be able to put these achievements in your signature or profile to show others the great things you have done! Suggestions are welcome for achievements. **The smaller icon version of these can be made available upon request**

- Won a fan fiction contest

- Recruited 2 active members (participate in tournaments, etc...)
- Made helpful suggestions for the forum or website that were eventually implemented
*If you put one of these in your sig or profile falsely, you will be warned Let's not have this happen!
*If you believe that you deserve one of these awards, but aren't 100% sure, just ask a mod

Forum Point System
Points will be awarded for participation in the forum.
- Making a new post(+3 points)
- Replying to a post (+1 point)
- Create a game guide of some kind (+15-30 points)
- Be the first to post news about Pokémon in the forum (+10 points)
*Please let me know if you've created a game guide or added a news story that you have not recieved points for. (be sure to include the link as well) Us mods may miss things like these once in a while >_<;;

Banner/Trainer Card added to your trainer info on the DL Member List page (15 points)

NEW:
Special Ranks! Just post here or PM me requesting a rank! The icons stay under your name as well as the title "Warrior, Paladin, etc" until you buy a new rank. These ranks don't change based on your post count like the default ones. NOTE: Only one rank at a time for now sorry!

Knight - 100 points
Warrior - 100 points
Paladin - 100 points
Mage - 100 points
Archer - 100 points
"Bad Guy" Teams
Team Rocket - 100 points
Team Galactic - 100 points
Team Aqua - 100 points
Team Magma - 100 points

Points can also be deducted (hopefully we don't have to do this!!)
- First warning (-20 points)
- Second warning (-30 points)
- Third warning (-50 points) On the third warning, your account will be banned for 7 days
- Warning after a Ban (-100 points) Your account will be suspended until further notice

Things that may get you warned: excessive cussing, posting innapropriate material (remember to keep the forum around pg13), being rude or bullying other members, etc. Basically, just make sure that you've read the rules, and you should be fine.

When it comes to posting news articles or guides, points have to be manually added to a users total score, so don't panic if your tally doesn't update right away! It is always helpful to remind mods

Also, where's the Ultra Ball? That would be six months, Master Ball would be nine, and Cherish would be twelve.

I love this system you have set up. Its something to work towards which will make this a much more active forum than others.

it would be nice to have like an award case thing in the post thingy that shows who posted. what i just said probably didnt make any sense, but... like the one on the pallet tribune forums. and it would be cool to buy things with your points

That is a good idea actually ^_^ I'd just have to think of some prizes. I have a few ideas in mind, but again it would be easier to implement once we have more people.

But, yeah for prizes, we would need some type of funding, otherwise it'll be kind of expensive o_o We'll work it out though.

Yes pandemonium, you can put it in your forum sig, forum profile, or post them in griffinheart's thread (if you have a lot you want to show)

Elite Five will be the best of the best trainers in the Dream League. They will hopefully pose the most challenge to all who wish to battle them :3

BTW, i have 100+ points.....shouldn't i be an expert trainer now?
