Pokemon movies with talking Pokemon!

i've noticed that most of the pokemon movies include lengendaries that can talk! Except for Lucario....he's not legendary!
the legendaries i've seen talk are by mouth OR by telepathy.

Pokemon are: Darkrai, Lucario, Shaymin, Latias and Latios (?) and another legendary pokemon but i forgot...

What does this mean to you?

and meowth can talk he learned to impress a girl meowth

it's cool that some pokemon talk, it shows that they are just as intelligent as humans, or even more so

Just fyi, I moved this topic to Pokémon Anime/Manga...I might need to change the title to Pokémon Anime/Movies then make a separate section for manga if it confuses people though >_<

Mewtwo may have talked, but I believe it was telepathy.
