Tablets T.T

Hi guys, i got a good way to swallow tablets!!! It really works my uncle taught me!! ok so if your tablet is like 1cm in diameter or whatever then cut it into quarters or if it is bigger cut it into pieces you think you can swallow in one go if its small then dont do anything. ok anyways. have a cup of water ready in your hand. take a gulp of water that wil fill at least half of you mouth. tilt your head backwards so the water wont fall out. drop (one) piece in your mouth and let it sink to the bottom. close your mouth and till your head to the normal position and swallow. the tabelt is at the back of your mouth so all of the water should've pushed the tablet down your throat. so good luck

I take loads of vitamins.. >.>

As long as most of them are water soluble you should be fine :3 It's the fat soluble ones that are a little tricky.

omg i suck at swallowing big tablets im very paranoid and think im going to choke!!! but yeahhh....... god you guys are amazing and no i dont have a small mouth. but sometimes i take vitamins but only sometimes after i eat breakki
