Banner for the Kaze Region ?

Could someone help make me a banner for the Kaze Region? It should be quite dark (Black // Green) and have the Pokémon Gyarados and Milotic on it. If anyone wants to do it they can.

It's for the new sister site. (The RPG one.)

edit: i'll make a banner :3 aw... but does it HAVE to be milotic and gyrados? D: i mean, i like the and all, but idk if i want to have them in a banner...

If you feel other Pokémon would be suiting, then you can choose your own Pokémon if you want! ^o^;
