Original Rules/Content:
Eligible Pokémon:
- Pure Ghost type, or pokémon that have "ghost" as their first or second type.
- Pure Dark type, or Pokémon that have "dark" as their first or second type.
- Pure Poison type, or Pokémon that have "poison" as their first type.
- All Pokémon that have their Pokédex color listed as "Black" (unless it contradicts with one of the banned Pokémon listed below)

Banned Pokémon:
- Any Pokémon that have been severely hacked (impossible move sets, impossible EV/IVs, etc
- Giratina (either form) & Darkrai

Battle Rules:
- Only 4 Pokémon MAX per team
- Double Battles @ Lv.50
- Only 2 Duplicate Pokémon are allowed (Meaning: You couldn't have a team with 4 Gengars, but you could definitely have a team with 2 Gengars)

You've got it wrong.

If there is a pokemon that isn't Ghost, Dark, or Poison, but does have its Pokedex color as Black, it can be used in the Tourney. The Ghost, Dark, and Poison types can be any color.

Yep! And I have one of my favorite Pokemon that I had for a long time...

I do not advise having the possibility to have 2 of the same Pokemon: if Crobat, Gengar or other fast and deadly sweepers are used, it might be a win or loose around that.
Keep in mind, is just a piece of advice, not trying to "rule" or be in charge.

Since I don't want to change the rules at this point (almost all the slots are filled up, etc), I'll just leave it as is. If we have another Halloween tourney around the end of the month, I won't allow duplicate pokémon. It should be interesting ^_^
