Desperate

I am desperately looking for lvl 100 evd ariados, sudowoodo, chimecho, dustox, delcatty, cherrim, lumineon, wormadom (sand and grass), and pikachu (must know surf and evd in sp atk). I will trade THREE evs for any of these pokemon.

I have a modest EV'd surfchu in Speed and SpA, but it's only on level 60 or so :/ It's completely legit though, save cloning.

Will it have max stats in a lvl 100 wifi battle?

Yes it would. Well I doubt it has perfect IVs, but it would have the maximum to its potential.
