It would be nice if you posted some details. Any reason why Magnezone is Naive? Or is that just the standard... And personally I would run choice specs on Jolteon just because you already have something with Life Orb and with the common stealth rocks the damage adds up. Otherwise it looks like a great. team.

Naive is for more power on explosion...He needs + speed nature and that way his explosion isn't weakened. I supose you could run a +Sp.atk nature on it, it's all preference, I rather outrun whatever I can. I run Life Orb on jolteon because It's a charge beam jolteon, After a charge beam (70%) you'll get the sp.atk raise while still being able to hit stuff hard.

No I know its naive for explosion but I was wondering if there was something specific you were outrunning. Otherwise I would of said use +Sp. Atk Nature...

Yeah good point but still charge beam seems less usable just because of switching in OU and something like t-tar stopping you. Even with Hidden Power Grass you won't be able to deal a great amount of damage unless you do have a Sp. Atk raise but even then I wouldn't want to stay in.

Idk, I run +speed on most things, I hate losing a battle cause I was outsped by something I never thought of. With +speed nature though, It's not useless with a scarf, which is important since he is my number 1 counter vs jirachi.

Jolteon is more of a late game sweeper. I normally bring it in on something I can scare away or charge beam kill. After the Sp.atk boost it will normally inflict enough damage on anything brought in I can kill it, enless I have a good counter for the brought in pokemon in which case you switch. It's the same as specs really, your just not forced out as easy letting your opponent set up on.

I see alright btw, all the confusion of how things were used would of been cleared up if you wrote some details on how the team works.

I'm sure it would be, I just threw this together on stuff I had in my ds xD. I put it on PO and so far it's done great. I'm not into trying to plan out every inch of any possible battle. It's all touch and go. This set is the one that I've been battling with the changes for awhile.
