[Unofficial] Wicked Plains Gym Badge!

Hi guys, I'm having real trouble making a decent badge for my new gym. I was wondering if any artistic talent coud create a badge along these lines?

- It is called the Sequin Badge, so it could maybe look like a sequin?
- I use monochromatic teams, so silver or white may be suitable colours to use
- If it could be a reasonable size - about 50 x 50 would be nice
