Uber tier means overpowered Pokemon in Competitive battling like Deoxys, Mewtwo, and many more. Darkrai is an Uber pokemon, so many people dislike battling Uber using trainers unless they're also using Uber pokemon.

battling is fun if u fight the right people 
but fighting ubers i like 2 face one day 2 show them legends r not as powerful as the pokémon u been training for weeks like charizard or donphan

I have a team of level 100's (yes containing an uber shiny Darkcry... :<) lol But I could get any pokemon technically... I'z be a cheater... But I only do it after I honestly beat the game so don't be yelling at me
