Oh, I imported it. I know a little japanese, enough to understand pokemon, but I'm no expert in it.
Unfortunatly it's region locked for the DSi, so it plays on my lite.
It always feels wrong playing it on the computer, I praise you for waiting it will be worth it.

Feebas no longer evolves into Milotic solely by Beauty. Instead, as there is no way to increase the Beauty stat within this game, they've added a new evolution method to evolve Feebas. Now, to get Feebas wthout a high Beauty condition (those with it who have been Pal Parked over will still evolve) to evolve, you need to find the item known as; "Clean Scales", attach it to Feebas and trade it. This will evolve Feebas.

Strangely, there's a move called V-Generate which; "It creates an intensely hot flame from its forehead and tackles the opponent with all its might. Defence, Special Defence and Speed are lowered." obvious for Victini but it isn't in its learnset
1) Meloetta's usual forme is called the Voice Forme while the red one is called the Step Forme. From the text, it seems that when you bring Meloetta (presumbly distributed in future movies) to the Cafe in Hiun City, it will trigger an event from the guitarist. He will offer to teach your Meloetta the move 'Ancient Song'. With this move, Meloetta will be able to switch between its 2 formes. Whether this works like a field-move or in-battle way, I have no idea.
Some 'background' on Meloetta according to the guitarist's speech, I'm quoting him directly.
"Beautiful melodies will bring people happiness while sad ones will bring people down. That is the power of a melody. The scent of luck that breezes around you has made me remember this melody from the depths of my memory. This is a song that my mother loves... an ancient nostalgia... please listen to it. From what my mother told me, a Pokemon who played the melody danced its light steps to fill people's hearts. However, when the world was drowned in sorrow, this Pokemon lost its melody, and the 'Red Shoes' were also gone... When you walked through that door, I remembered this melody. The Pokemon started dancing its steps to its lost melody again. You brought in this, you are an amazing kid."
2) Keludio was raised by the 'musketeer' trio when it became an orphan due to an forest fire in the past. The in-game event a Keludio triggers apparently involves you bringing all three members of the trio with you, and together they will teach Keludio the move 'Secret Sword', normally not learnable in-game.
3) Genosect was supposed to be revived from a fossil and powered up by Team Plasma to create the most powerful Pokemon ever. However, N despised of the project because he felt that any Pokemon tampered with science has lost its pureness, which was why the project was abandoned. But the scientist kept working on it, and he's still upset that N denied of his talent. Anyway, beating the Scientist will let you get the Cassettes to change its move's type.
4) The secret of the Lock Capsule may finally be solved, although we still don't know where to get the Lock Capsule. In one of the buildings in Hiun, there is a guy who called himself Mr. Lock. When you bring the Lock Capsule to it, it will unlock TM 95 (Bark Out), a dark type special move that can lower the opponent's special attack. The text that comes with unlocking the Capsule says, "This TM was stored in this Lock Capsule to bestow upon a trust-worthy Isshu trainer, it must not end up in the hands of people like Team Rocket for evil deeds'.
To change Rotom's form, you need to go into the room on the bottom floor of the Department Store in Route 9. There, you'll find a storage box. Interact with the box and you can select the form of which you wish Rotom to take.
To change Deoxys' form, you need to take Deoxys to the Shippou City museum. One of the museum exhibits is a meteor. With the meteor, you have the ability to cycle through Deoxys' forms; Normal -> Attack -> Defence -> Speed
Giratina's alternate forms are also present within this game. After you have defeated the Elite Four, when you go onto the Cycling Road in Route 16, you will encounter the members of N's squad known as Dark Trinity. Out of apology, they'll give you items; the Adamant Orb, Lustrous Orb and most importantly, the Griseous Orb. With this item, you can attach it to Giratina and Giratina will change its form to its Origin Forme
Shaymin's alternate forms are also present within this game. After you have defeated the Elite Four, when you go to the Kagome Town Pokémon Centre with a Shaymin from an event that you've transferred over from the fourth generation games, talk to the lady here and she will give you the Gracidea key item. This item will change Shaymin's form between 5am and 8pm each day.

Underwater Ruins:
In the first floor, you have to get to the middle of the room and interact with the pillar. It'll move and take you to the next floor.
In the second floor, you have to follow yourself round to the exits. Another pillar will block your way but use Flash on it
In the third floor, you'll have to go around once more and use Strength on another.
Finally, in the fourth room you'll get through and find the Ancient Crown.
In addition to the Ancient Crown, you can find numerous other Ancient items.

According to the game coding, there appears to be several moves that are not accessible via normal gameplay for now.
1) Mystic Sword (fighting special, power 75, acc 100) - will be learnable by an event Kerudio when brought to a specific place together with the 'musketeer' trio
2) Ancient Voice (normal special, power 75, acc 100) - an event Meloetta will learn this from the Hiun Cafe
3) V Generate (fire physical, power 180, acc 95) - likely a Victini exclusive move that will be distributed somehow
4) Bark Out (dark special, power 55, acc 95) - from TM 95 that comes from the elusive Lock Capsule
5) Freeze Bolt (ice physical, power 140, acc 90) - has the ability to paralyze foe
6) Cold Flare (ice special, power 140, acc 90) - has the ability to burn foe
Judging from the level up moveset of Kyurem (the ice dragon), it lacks a move learnable at level 100 (which Reshiram gets Blue Fire and Zekrom gets Thunderstrike), so supposing Kyurem is the 3rd game's mascot, it will get Freeze Bolt and Cold Flare there? Notice how the physical Freeze Bolt induces Paralyze while the special Cold Flare induces Burn, referencing Zekrom and Reshiram, their better attack stat, and their electric / fire type.
In the story, it is said that Reshiram & Zekrom used to be one single Pokémon but were seperated into two...
When you first get to Souryuu city and the gym leaders explain to you a little bit about Reshiram and Zekrom, they go a little more into the story that there once was a Pokemon that created a peaceful nation along with two twin hero brothers and they all lived happily. However, the older brother, who was seeking truth, and the younger brother, who was seeking ideals, get into a conflict over which one is correct and seperate the one Pokemon into Reshiram and Zekrom. Reshiram, the white dragon which will guide to a new world of good by seeking truth, went with the older brother and Zekrom, the black dragon which will guide to a new world of hope by seeking ideals, went with the younger brother. Eventually the two brothers realize that not just one of them has to be correct and so they made amends and stopped the fighting. However, their sons start the quarreling again. Zekrom and Reshiram destroy Isshu in an instant with lightning and flames and then disappear.

Some of the Pokemon in this game have to be leveled up a LOT in order to evolve. Not excited about that.
For example: you get ononokusu at level 48; you get kojondo at level 50; you get kirikizan at level 52; you get uooguru at level 54; you get barujiina at level 54; you get jiheddo at level 50 and then its next evolution (sazandora) at level 64; you get urugamosu at level 59. Was this really necessary?
There'd better be some high-leveled Pokemon in the wild. I remember in SoulSilver, the highest leveled Pokemon in the wild were 40-48 in Mt. Silver, and that made that ridiculously difficult to level up Pokemon in that awkward time where I had my Pokemon leveled up high enough that it took forever to level them up in the wild / rebattling old trainers... yet I had to work really hard to beat the Elite Four, so I couldn't go beat them over and over.
I suppose I could transfer over a few of my level 100 Pokemon from SS in order to level up toward the end, though. I'm intending to fill my dex again [for Isshu only], so this is going to be a bit tiring. xD

EDIT: Guys! Is it true that you get the monkey based on the weakness of which starter you pick?
For instance, if I get smugleaf, I'll get the water monkey; if I get water otter, I'll get the fire monkey; if I get pokabu, I'll get the grass monkey.
A friend told me that, and I really need to clarify this before I begin my game BECAUSE I want the fire starter really badly as a part of my actual team--at least to start with.

You can put in the codes on Desmume, just load the rom, then go to Emulation, Cheats, List and then press add new Action Replay Code, copypasta the code then put the name and press okay~
