Pokemon Best wishes: Episode 1 summary. [Spoilers]

Here is a summary I have compiled about the recently aired episode of Pokemon.

Ash returns home from his sinnoh adventure, receiving new clothes from his mother. Ash, his mom along with Oak are going to the isshu region.
Following their promotion in the last episode of diamond and pearl, Team rocket recieves orders from Giovanni to head to the isshu region and lead team rocket there, so the region may soon fall. After the message, the man turns to his new assistant with talk of a secert organization in the isshu region.
Ash and co are on a small plane, with Team rocket hiding in trench coats in the seats across from them. Starring out the window, Ash gazes out at the region as it appears through the horizon.
Upon landing, Ash and pikachu run off the plane and spots a mamanbou, jumping out of the water. When ash catches up with it, a storm suddenly appears next to them and pikachus struck by lightning. Zekrom can be seen in the eye of the storm. The entire city flashes blue.
It randomly stops and pikachu is un harmed. Professor araragi Arrives at the dock where the plane had landed greeting everyone and agrees to take them back to her lab where Pikachu is then examined. While this is happaning, Araragi's assistant enters the room, explaining that a rookie training has arrived for his first pokemon. Shooty, a new male trainer, is standing in the lobby watching as Ash and Araragi approach him pushing a lab cart. The professor one-by-one let's the three isshu starter pokemon out of there balls for the two trainers to look at. Ash seems to show much interest in pokabu and majimaru. In the end, Shooty chooses tsutaja and Leaves. Following him out the door, Ash challenges the rookie to a pokemon battle as Pikachu approaches ash from behind.
The two boys begin there battle, tsutaka vs pikachu. Pikachu attempts to fight, but both it, and ash realizes it can no longer use eletric attacks, due to the storm Zekrom had caused earlier. Now, Ash must rely on Quick attack and Iron tail to win the match, but it ends with tsutaka uses grass mixer. Running to Pikachu, Ash picks it up and takes it back to the lab.
Pikachu is once again examined. Oak and Aararagi explain that Pikachu had absorbed way to much eletricity during the storm earlier. The storm re appears and Zekrom can be seen out the window, winds blowing at full speed. Pikachu's eletric attacks re appear, but at full blast messing up Aararagi's computers and firing at everyone in the room. Araragi explains that zekrom attacks those it deems a bad persom acording to legend. Within a few more minutes the legendary pokemon vanishes and pikachu is back to normal. To make sure, Ash ask pikachu to hit him with volt attack, which works.

A PLANE?! HE SHOULD ARRIVE BY BOAT! I don't know why, but I really want Ash to get to Isshu on a boat.

Orignial Pokemon best wishes episode 1 was just awesome. There are damn good lesson about Friends ship. Pikachu looks so chubby in it. Whatever thanks for the great review about new pokemon

the top right pic reminds me of starwars...where the evil leader appears in hologram form to bark orders. yay!

It has been a very long time since I seen Pokemon on tv. But i can watch them online so I might be able to get caught up with them. My oldest child likes Pokemon she will sit and watch them with me. She even plays the games on my DS.
