Trainer sprite-- need CnC

Spoiler:

Done in the style of trainer sprites from the pokemon games, although she is a little taller.
So yeah, need CnC.

General things I need help to improve on:
The shoes
The eyes
The hair

I referenced different sprites but it's entirely from scratch. With a frigging trackball mouse. ._.' I think on some level I must be a sort of masochist.

I agree the eyes and hair could use some touching up, but the shoes honestly look ok to me.

The style of the pokemon game definitely shines through (especially in the outlining of the jeans, how it isn't just a solid color line)

If I had to say anything, maybe the eyes could be more defined? Like I'm not sure where it begins and ends type thing. (could be fixed with more shadow under or over the eyes maybe?)

Just something you'll have to play around with I guess!

That's the point though, I don't want any help making it. I want to do it completely on my own. I just need help with how to fix the mistakes.

Well, with the eyes, you must make the top eye lids actually visible. I don't really know why, it just looks better. Also, smaller eyes that involve maybe a 2x2 pixel square look realistic. Also, the skin seems kind of light, maybe you should darken it?

She's supposed to be pale.

Also, the goal of this was to make her into a trainer... Look at any other sprite, their eyes are literally all the damn same. >.>
I'm thinking of adding lashes or something like Cynthia's, but then it'd look like she's wearing makeup, and makeup is stupid. :c

(also she already has eyelids)

Maybe you should make the eye look the other way. I mean her entire body is facing that way, but the eyes aren't.

It's really good looking, but the shape of her head is a little weird. I can't really tell which way her head is facing, but that could also be because of the hair.
