Assassin's Creed, the Hidden Blade, Courtesans, Thieves, Mercanari(Mercineries) are all revived in the sequel to Assassin's Creed 2: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Brotherhood has new features in store for gamers, including a stunning "9/10" multiplayer(rated by Game Informer). Assassin's Creed Brotherhood leaves off right where Assassin's Creed 2 ended. So Ezio Auditore da Firenze is back and badder than ever. Combat in Brotherhood has changed significantly, including execution streaks, fiercer AI, and smarter AIas well. This time around its harder to fight, and its also harder to escape. That means that stealth in Brotherhood is absolutely required to get past most missions in the game. Now as for the story, Claudia, Maria, Caterina, and Mario come back. Ezio returns to Monterigionni from the Vatican Vault in Roma(Rome). Ezio brings news about a catestrophic event set to happen in the oh so distant future(2012, to be exact). Ezio has just a few more tasks to do and then he can relax. OR SO HE THINKS. He wakes up the next day(from having a romantic night with Caterina Sforza, of course.), to find Monterigionni in siege by Cesare Borgia, Rodrigo's son. The armor of Altair was destroyed in the siege by a cannonball, which leaves Ezio with only his bare clothes, and sword(Hidden Blade broke as well). Ezio meets Mario outside of the Via, who tells Ezio to be careful, followed by a sentence(Siamo insieme, Ezio). Mario isn't seen again until after the siege. Ezio takes control of the cannons while Mario leads a frontal assault on Cesare's forces. After all the citizens are evacuated, Ezio discovers guards breaking the western wall. He must use what is a called a lift(just invented) to get to a rooftop, and kill the guards. After the guards are dealt with, Ezio sees Mario stagger into the gate to Monterigionni, blood covering his back. Cesare has secured the apple of Eden, and leaves him with these final words:"Consider this an invitation from my family, to yours!" Cesare then shoots Mario, and the guards shoot Ezio, leaving Ezio wounded. Did he survive? OF COURSE! Overall the story gets a 9.5/10 making it a game worth picking up and playing for the rest of your outstanding lives.
