It's not stupid. :3

NFE = Not fully evolved. IE, Pichu, togepi, happiny etc.

if only my best pokemon werent fully evolved and i had wi-fi

when i get my not fully evolved pokemon i will challenge you oh and i will need to get wifi back again...
