Don't get me wrong i like Linoone but Dragonair would win the fight

hmm idk, I'll go with Linoone, cause eventhough he's a normal type, he can still cause super effective moves, like ice beam Blizzard and Icy wind, to Dragonair. But, we all know that cookies beat everything xD. (no i didn't vote for cookies =P)

hm.....now this is pretty tough..
er....i'd always say that dragon moves are always more of an advantage so i'd say dragonair...
but i'm not only voting for it just because i'm asumingit's stronger, Linoone's pretty good with the speed as well though.... but im going with Dragonair
