Ahh Starmie a good classical Red and Blue Pokemon. Also the Pokemon of the Month for the Dream league, so here we go with yet another analysis!
Type: Water/Phsycic
Ability(s)- Natural Cure which enables Starmie to recover from all status'(e.g Paralyzation)and be cured from them.
Illuminate, which has no effect inside of battles.

Starmie is evolved from Staryu by using a water stone.

Level 46: Power Gem-Rock Power: 70 Accuracy: 100%
Level 51: Cosmic Power-Phsychic Power: None Accuracy: None
Level 55: Hydro Pump-Water Power: 120 Accuracy: 80%
Well we have a quite awesome Pokemon here! This should be the Sonic equivilant of Sonic or something, it's a very fast pokemon, almost guaranteed to strike first. Great Accuracy, great moves. I think this makes a great addition to any Trainer's team.

Attk: Minimum of 155, Maximum of 186. Base is 75.
Def: Minimum of 175, Maximum is 206. Base is 85.
Sp Attk: Minimum is 205, Maximum is 236. Base is 100.
Sp Def: Minimum is 175, Maximum is 206. Base is 85.
Speed: Minimum of 235, Maximum is 266(woah!). Base is 115.
So Basically it's tripled from the last time it's evolved, and this is at level 100. I would definitly reccomend this Pokemon hands down.
