follow the link to see a whole list of the items. I recommend using black sludge for any posion pokemon and then using an item depending on the typer of pokemon you have.

And don't just limit yourself to that section of serebii, serebii contains so much information on pokemon. I personally use it to find locations of items, pokemon, and much more.

And baki I was going to suggest that you actually write out some kind of an item guide with pics and info.
