Dream League Userbar suggestions?

Hey guys have any of you heard of Userbars? If so I could sure use your help.

I wanted to make userbars for the Dream League Staff, Elites, Gym Leaders, and regular members. People can place them on thier signatures wherever and they will be linked to the site. However I need your suggestions on the following.


What is the best image editing software for this?

What should the Base Color be?

How to turn a userbar into an animated .gif where it rotates through multiple titles?

3. and there is a way you can do that with GIMP, but it might take me a while to explain. i could maybe make a tutorial for it? i'll edit in an example to see if that's what you mean

How to turn a userbar into an animated .gif where it rotates through multiple titles? Make the multiple layers, place them in the order you want in the layers window, then save it as a .GIF, make sure to check 'Save as an animation' and set how long you want each layer to last.

I've made quite a few userbars in my day and would be happy to make them for us~

but that doesnt give it a sprecial fade-in/fade-out effect -3-

By user bars, do you mean like titles for members? Because I would love that.

but wouldn't it replace our little pokemon items?

my first userbar done with photoshop and turned to an epic failness .-.

If griffin made some for us maybe we could put them in the shop for people to buy....it'd be like the 'rank' icons but a little animated bar instead.

Blend animation is an easy thing to do. If anyone wants my services I'd be willing to help.

Yes Clover the userbars on your link is what I am referring to I forgot about those actually.
XD But yeah I like your idea about an animated bar but also about the hotlink userbars.
People can use them on other sites they are on in their signature and when clicked on they will take the user for a visit here.
I will also be making these for another certain forum. (you know the one)
