Hey do the league members have to be on Shoddy? Or can it be DPPHGSS and Shoddy?

You can use either. We don't have a restriction for one or the other ^^ Just whatever is easiest for the two trainers battling to use.

In that case you should ban set-copying for those uncreative noobs who just download shoddy sets.

everybody has to start somewhere, we don't have to banned those "noobs" that do that. Those sets are for those people who need them, nothing wrong with that.

I would agree, but usually our tourneys are themed...this makes it so most preset teams probably wouldn't work.
