What Is the the Spriter Society? It is club where spriters of all sorts can come and show off their work, get critiques, and have fun! And You don't have to be a good spriter to join!~ We'll hold splice contests, maybe host a sprite project or 2, and have a good time!

To join just post saying you would like to join and something that you have made (ex: splice, recolor, etc.) if you would like to put it into the pool~

What is this?:
This event is a continuation of the Mewtations project that was started a long time ago. The object of the project was to splice together Mewtwo with every other pokemon in the pokedex.
How This Will Work:
A) It'll work similar to the original Mewtations project thread- you ask for some pokemon to do and you'll get them assigned to you. You may request to do pokemon of your choice, but they must be in the same generation that we're working on at the moment. The max number you can be assigned at one time is 5 pokemon, but before you can request more, all have to be done. Please do a good job on your sprites- if you don't put effort into it, you might be asked to redo it.
B) The way you'll get ribbons and rankings is by the ammount you do in the given time for the round- probably 50 sprites or 3 weeks, after all- it's a race. For ever sprite you do, you'll get 3 forum points; that means if you do five at one time, you'll get 15 points. (Your points will be awarded at the end of the round). If you get too far ahead of the other contenders, you might be asked to take a break. Your count, completed pokemon, and assigned pokemon will be listed in the spoiler below to keep track (of yourself AND your opponents~)
C) When submitting your completed mutations please follow these simple things:
-.png file format
-transparent background
-the file name is the pokedex number (ex: Mew would be saved as 151.png)

The sprite pool is a collection of our member's spriting work~ If you would like to add to the pool, just post and image and say something along the lines of "I'd like to add this to the sprite pool!" You can put as much as you want in the sprite pool (just make sure your images are a reasonable size)~

I made this as a joke to Meap-chichi: (I googled the japanese suffix for dad. Again, if you weren't at skype at a specific time, I adopted Meap as my dad. I felt random =P)



If you don't get it, Meap got his name from a character that was once on Phineas and Ferb. It was a cute little alien that looked like the sprite.

I hate them. They're like flies. Annoying but don't really hurt you... At least not when i run fast enough...
