I heard a rumor that the 3DS'll be recalled 'cause it can cause seizures...I hope it isnt true.

It can't be recalled if it hasn't come out yet, so the fact that a rumor like that exists already pretty much busts it.

And besides, why would they knowingly release a console that can cause seizures?

Technically every single game can cause seizures. Even a quickly flashing image online can. They put a warning right at the beginning every time you turn on the Wii or your DS.

Dozens of people have played demos of it at gaming conventions, and I've heard no report of MASS seizures taking place.

It'll be released~ And people with epilepsy will just have to find another way to entertain themselves as usual.

If you can watched the banned porygon episode and be fine, you'll probably be fine with this.

I hear that many devices that use 3D have an increased risk of giving people eye problems and seizures. I also heard that it will come with a health and safety manual that is bigger than the ds itself.
