Usually when I breed Pokémon their natures are pretty varied. I've bred eevees and lots of starters...

CASE SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the pokemon gets moves from its dad and natured from its mom
i was breeding electrike, and i noticed the same thing so i took my ditto out of the daycare and i saw that it had a timid nature. i changed out the mommy and problem solved
