The last battle before nesan ran off (he had a good excuse... i mean he was off to a water park with a girl xD) was a tie and was not counted, in order for nesan to make a come back he and Dark Sceptile must battle before the end of Sunday.
If they do not complete the remaining battles Dark Sceptile will win the final match. If Dark Sceptile is online but chooses not to go on Pokemon Online/chooses not to battle nesan, nesan wins the final match.

Thanks for posting this, speed. BTW I am sure you've missed out 6 other battles since the total number of matches is supposed to be 25 instead of 19. Lemme check it for you with Kommeo then.
