Hey everyone, it's meee! I'm gonna be revealing my teams for PO, for rating so I can improve. I'm not good with sets, so I could use some help.

UBER

My uber team is just Smogon sets, so please don't say 'ZOMG THOSE ARE JUST SMOGON SETS'. As I said before, not the best set maker, so help is appreciated. (not all of these are ubers, just FYI)

Uber Team:

OVERUSED

It's an all ghost team. Not all smogon sets. Thanks to Reao for the help with these!

Why does Arceus have Shadow Force and Seismic Toss? Better moves could be ExtremeSpeed, Dragon Claw or EarthQuake?
I like your NU team and UU teams.

I think Shadow Force helps me though, considering Arceus is faster than most, he can usually get it off before he gets KO'ed, though I'll say that Seismic Toss isn't a big help. I'll go with Earthquake or Dragon Claw, since Arceus is already pretty fast.

pretty good teams overall, just you put leftovers on most of your pokemon and thats usually not a good thing, and on your mono OU team suicide lass is probably better, with the move set spikes, ice beam T-bolt and a priority move such as ice shard(even though it is physical it nice for froslass to take out things like aerodactyls)

It's because 1. Leftovers work with them
2. I don't want my Froslass to be a physical and such. I'd rather have it to be A. An Ice Beamer for taking down flying types, and B. A Destiny Bonder for taking out annoying pokemon.

i just think suicide lass is more helpful it's not going to be physical, its just gonna have a nature that would put down the defenses, it will almost always get at least 2 spikes up while preventing spinners from getting them away, and believe me when froslass has ice shard it does ALOT more damage than you would think, and it's a nice hidden counter for gyradoses with it's powerful T-bolt, i don't think D-bond on it is quite as helpful as this stradegy, and its very expected on froslasses so it gives the opponent time to set up SR, SD's and DD's while you try to predict when they are going to attack, and chances are your going to run out of D-bonds, but this stradegy will definitely take out one of froslasses biggest enemy's gyrados and the spikes help alot

Your uber team has Jirachi...therefore: WIN!

Although it's too bad he doesn't seem to do much for your team. Maybe you could find a way to alter his move set and EVs so he can stay in the battle a little longer?

they are pretty common move sets...most people use them anyways, so it's nothing really that special and a lot of people have been using it so it's not new either

Why do you have GrassWhistle, which has 55% accuracy, and not Sleep Powder, which has 75% accuracy? Also, there's a couple of Soundproof pokemon like Exploud who wouldn't get put to sleep even if it got hit. Also, Roselia's Sp. Def isn't that good with it being 80 and its weak to Psychic, Fire, and Flying, which are very common types in NU.

I do hope you mean Dusclops. Choice Band set on this is very dumb, even with Trick. You might forget you have Choice Band and you're locked into a move. Also, Curse is quite pointless since Dusclops should be treated as a Wall instead of something unimportant, so Rest or Pain Split would be very great on it since you cannot guarantee a Leftovers from anything you Trick.

I didn't know you could have 756 EVs in total. Pretty good set, but watch out for Hypno who can take a couple of beatings from +2 Ninetale's Fire Blast and counter with Thunder Wave.

192 Atk // 64 Spe // 252 Sp Atk
Moveset:
Super Fang
Brine
Crunch
Ice Beam

Sharpedo is way to fragile to use Super Fang. With Sharpedo, it's kill or be killed, really. Changing this set would be heavily advised since it's not really going to be fast and it's going to die in one hit, even if the attack is like Surf. Super Fang + Brine is a nice idea, but Sharpedo is too much of a glass cannon to use that set.

They're egg moves, from separate pokemon. They both can't be learned.

Alright! If you want, you could switch Spikes with Toxic Spikes and then Roselia could learn Sleep Powder, but Spikes is better (since there's a bunch of Poison-types in NU).
