Alright, I'll help you the best I can.

With Raichu, having three attacks of the same type is bad, so you could have Grass Knot on it instead since you are running a Special set. I've got one if you need one. Dig is alright, but I can see it surprising a lot of people, so it's all cool.

Lanturn looks decent. You could add 28 or 31 EVs in Special Attack, but Blizzard's meh accuracy scares me. With Charge Beam increasing the Sp. Attack, Ice Beam could be better. I have an Ice Beam if you need one.

Magnezone is alright, although I would change Zap Cannon into something else. Thunder Wave would be nice since it has meh speed, and I have one if you need one.

Ampharos is alright. Thunder and DynamicPunch's accuracy scares me, so changing Thunder to Thunderbolt or Discharge would be cool and DynamicPunch to... something like Cotton Spore or Power Gem.

Rotom's pretty good. Ominous Wind could be changed to Shadow Ball, but if Lady Luck loves you, you could be in an awesome position. Toxic is nice, although Will-O-Wisp could be handier. I've got one if you need one.

Electivire, the pride and joy of your team. Overall, it looks nice, but a Gliscor can easily block it like a brick wall. Adding Ice Punch to it might be beneficial even if it doesn't have Attack EVs.

If you could explain why you chose these moves, it will help me better. And my offers of giving you TMs is open anytime, dude.

I agree with all you said about the accuary and have the same types. Thanks so much for taking the time to post and I'll try out all you've said so thanks for spending the time to give me some advise!

You might want to have back up items for your pokémon to use in case you ever come across a 'no duplicate item' rule though.

Yeah, a focus sash could come in real handy at times.

Ok thanks I'm testing it out and most of the pokemon are much better it's just my rotom and Lanturn that need work they can't stand the hits or do the damage any idea's?
