Is there any way to devolve it back into my cute Mudkip?

Lets say I want a pokemon to battle Wifi with and I ordered from the custom order. I understand the Ev/Iv costs +5 points, but will these pokemon be level 100 for free? Or do we have to pay extra for you to make them level 100? Thanks in advance.

It's really not ganna matter, in wifi battle it sets them to level 100, or level 50 automatically. It's youe Iv's, natures and EV's that matter in wifi battles. Yeah it cost forum points though. kommeo is ganna update the thread

I just fixed the OP. Name the level you want for free! What trito said is also valid though.

I'm confused. It says that ANY Evolution Stone is 10 forum points, but when you scroll down to where the Evolution Stones are with their sprites, it says 25? Are the ones with the sprites for use on something on the forum, not on the game?

EDIT: Oh, wait. I think I get it. I didn't see the heading the second one was over. I'm tired. It's been a long day. Heh.
So... I'm assuming you'd buy the stone in order to level up the little pixel that walks around beneath your avatar?
Would a fire stone level up, say, Charmander? o_O

Possibly to get a Torterra or am I going to have to get Turtwig? I see some people with Mudkip and I'm wondering if they evolve over time or... Whatever?

If I can't get Torterra, then Turtwig will do fine. Also, I would like to see Smeargle and Lanturn done in the future.

If I could get a Gastly or a Drifloon in the future, that would be beyond rad. It would make my life.
I'm thinking about getting an Eevee, but I'm not sure yet...
Praytell, would we ever be able to get Umbreon or Espeon?

I would like a lvl 100 clefable, adamant nature, magic guard ability, 252 evs in attack, 252 in hp, 4 in speed. Moves: protect, facade, meteor mash, and softboiled. If nicknames are free I would like it named TrebleClef.
