Also, I have some questions:

It looks like you just copied and pasted this raffle from the last time you used it, as it still talks about how replacing your accessory will lose its shinyness. However, there are now PC box spaces, so does that mean shinyness will stay, just in your PC box and whenever you want to use it as your current accessory again?

Can I use this raffle prize to upgrade my B-day Jirachi?

Yes, you can apply shininess to bday jirachis!

Also, if you move the Pokémon to your box, it will STAY shiny. It's only if you change the pokemon with something else completely......Like get rid of a shiny Eevee and replace it with a Bulbasaur or something.
